    I am writing this letter to thank you for the tremendous service that you and the other employees of Solutions In Aqua Services have provided with the purchase of my water system.  Prior to purchasing a water system, I spoke to a number of other people in my neighborhood about the systems they own.  All but one had very negative experiences and are still extremely unhappy.  The neighbor that was happy spent a great deal of money, more than I could afford.  As a result, I was not looking forward to purchasing a water system.
    Right from the beginning, I was impressed with how you took the time to test my water and explain the results in a way that was understandable to someone without a chemistry degree. 
    The gentleman that installed the system, did an absolutely outstanding job.  Even after the job was complete, he explained each component and how it all functions together.  Your office staff was not only courteous and professional, but provided an affordable payment plan.  Everyone’s efforts made for a very positive experience.
    Most importantly, the water system that you designed has worked great.  I finally have drinkable water that doesn’t turn my dishwasher orange.  I would highly recommend your services to anyone in need of a water system and plan to refer you to all of my unhappy neighbors.  Thank you again.
